Set-up, Take Down, and the Event Itself

10:00am - 11:45am: Exploration Station Set-up
12:00pm - 4:00pm: Exploration Station open to public
4:15pm - 5:00pm: Exploration Station Take down

• All items shipped for use at Exploration Station will be delivered to the event room prior to set-up.
• All exhibits and exhibitors must be ready to go by 11:45.
• Exhibits must be manned at all times while the event area is open to the public. Volunteers will be available to help in case of emergency or if an exhibitor needs to a break.
• No exhibitors may begin the take down process before 4:15.
• There will be volunteers around to help with set-up and take down.

1. Boxes should arrive no earlier than Friday December 12th and NO later than Saturday December 13th.
2. All boxes MUST be properly labeled with the address above and Exploration Station Box Markers.
3. Affix the box markers to as many sides of your box as possible.
4. You MUST download, complete, and return the Marriott Guest Parcel Form to the Marriott prior to shipment arrival.
5. If you are exhibiting at the AGU meeting, DO NOT send your Exploration Station boxes as part of the main exhibit shipment. If you do, they WILL NOT make it to Exploration Station!
6. It is IMPERATIVE that you provide us with: the number of boxes you have shipped, the carrier, and the tracking numbers if available. Send details to: Andrew Wolt
7. If you choose to ship boxes to yourself, you will be responsible for getting them to Exploration Station.
