The rates for a single/double occupancy room are:

• Standard: $149/night
• Government: $137/night (must provide US govt. employee ID)

LWS meeting attendees must make their own hotel reservations. A limited number of rooms have been reserved for the 2014 LWS Meeting at the special single/double group rates (additional $15 per person per night over double occupancy). All LWS guests will receive complimentary high-speed internet access and discounted parking ($10/night). Please make your reservation early. This will allow us to obtain more sleeping rooms at our negotiated rate if necessary. Oct. 3 is a firm deadline.

There are several ways to make your reservation:

1. Go online: Click on the appropriate reservation link listed above and click on "Book a Room". If your reservation is for dates outside of the block (Nov. 1-6), then please call or email to make your reservation to ensure you get the special group rate.
2. Call DoubleTree Central Reservations: 1-800-996-0510 (toll free USA) and refer to the DoubleTree by Hilton Portland and the Group Code "UCO" (standard) or "UCG" (govt.). Central reservations are open 24 hours/day, 7 days/week.
3. Call DoubleTree Portland: 1-503-281-6111 and the Group Code "UCO" (standard) or "UCG" (govt.). Reservations are open Monday-Friday, 8 AM to 4 PM (USA Pacific Time).

Fine print: Your reservation is totally refundable until 72 hours prior to arrival. If you have any difficulties making your reservation or if the LWS group rate is unavailable, please contact Vanessa George at Vanessa.George@lasp.colorado.edu. Please be aware that there is an early check-out fee ($50) if you don't notify the front desk at check-in (or before) of a change in your departure.
